What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating one-hour life skill workshops with high school students covering topics such as public speaking, concentration, and feedback exchange, followed by measuring mastery via a structured Test2Pass assessment
- Conducting daily motivation sessions that utilize Coachbot analytics to engage with individual students, determine where they're encountering obstacles in their learning apps, and help them overcome resistance
- Create personalized motivational approaches with students, including rewards and incentives that encourage self-directed advancement in their academic applications
- Examine curriculum and lesson plans prior to each session, then adjust delivery based on your assessment of the group dynamic
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Teaching academic subjects. Software manages math, reading, and all other subjects.
- Managing a school or supervising a team. No budgets, no hiring, no operational meetings; your complete focus is your student cohort.
- Disciplining through conventional authority. No detentions, no suspensions, no "because I said so."
