What You Will Be Doing

  • Facilitating one-hour life skill workshops with high school students covering topics such as public speaking, concentration, and feedback exchange, followed by measuring mastery via a structured Test2Pass assessment
  • Conducting daily motivation sessions that utilize Coachbot analytics to engage with individual students, determine where they're encountering obstacles in their learning apps, and help them overcome resistance
  • Create personalized motivational approaches with students, including rewards and incentives that encourage self-directed advancement in their academic applications
  • Examine curriculum and lesson plans prior to each session, then adjust delivery based on your assessment of the group dynamic

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Teaching academic subjects. Software manages math, reading, and all other subjects.
  • Managing a school or supervising a team. No budgets, no hiring, no operational meetings; your complete focus is your student cohort.
  • Disciplining through conventional authority. No detentions, no suspensions, no "because I said so."
