Pay

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at COTC
• Good customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service and administrative support by assisting students, prospective students, staff, and visitors in person and by phone; answer questions, direct individuals to appropriate campus resources, and maintain confidentiality of student information
• Support student services by assisting with advising check-ins, financial aid document collection, placement testing, parking passes, and library services
• Assist with recruitment and outreach activities, including campus tours, event preparation, follow-up communications, and informational mailings
• Perform general office duties, maintain student records through data entry and document imaging, and support daily operations using Colleague, Perceptive Content, Microsoft Office, and other institutional systems
