The Data Reporting Assistant position is within the Admissions-Call Center department at Davenport University. Located at the Grand Rapids - Lettinga Campus, this role offers a competitive hourly range of $10.00 - 14.00, with actual pay determined by qualifications, experience, and funding.
Responsibilities
- Follows departmental Standard Operating Procedures for data processing and management.
- Manages applications, generates acceptance/denial letters/packets, and enters lead cards and test scores into various databases.
- Identifies and resolves duplicate leads and applications within Salesforce and Banner systems.
- Creates and runs reports within Salesforce to ensure data integrity and process optimization.
- Participates in continuous improvement efforts of the Enrollment Operations Center, suggesting improvements and implementing new solutions.
- Provides administrative support to the Lead Management Team.
- Delivers exceptional customer service, anticipating and exceeding customer needs.
- Complies with NCAA, GLIAC, and other relevant regulations and policies.
- Supports the University's cultural values and promotes a positive working environment.
- Communicates effectively and maintains confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours and meeting academic progress standards.
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.

Additional Information
This position requires prolonged sitting and standing, use of a personal computer and telephone, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. The role also involves eye strain and repetitive hand motion due to the office environment.
