About the role

Community First Bank of Richland Center, WI is seeking a limited part-time (15 hours/wk) Student Customer Service Representative / Teller. This position offers a competitive hourly wage, depending on experience. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for customers
• Cheerfully greet each individual and take time to really listen to their needs
• Nurture relationships by getting to know customers by name
• Accurately and efficiently process routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments
• Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced financial environment
• Stay on top of all the latest regulations and policies
• Make a positive impression on each and every customer served

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in high school or college coursework
• Prior customer service and cash handling experience preferred
• Customer service skills

Schedule

This is a limited part-time position with a Saturday morning rotation. Hours of work may fluctuate from week to week to meet customer needs. Late evenings and Sundays are free.
