Job Duties
- Meet individually with students.
- Engage with parents and school community.
- Follow all protocols for a part-time employee while on campus, including checking in and out as well as submitting hourly time sheets.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to students and families for external counseling and other services as needed.
- Maintains a friendly and personable demeanor.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion while maintaining all federal and state compliance.
- Commitment to regular attendance and shift scheduling, if needed.
- Compliance with all job requirements and conduct as stated in the Faculty/Staff Handbook.
- Agreement with the CSD Doctrinal Statement and School Mission and Vision.

Working Conditions
- This position is a part-time, non-exempt position that requires regular shift scheduling and time sheet entry.
- Activities could include walking, standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. The work is performed primarily indoors.
- Working predominately at a desk or engaged in one-on-one interactions with members of the school community.
