Student Co-op or Intern

Job Duties

As a customer-focused technician, you will be responsible for:

• Diagnosing and repairing various types of vehicles, including autos, diesels, aircraft, and forklifts.
• Providing technical support to customers through troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Maintaining and servicing Crown equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Documenting all work performed and communicating with customers regarding repair progress and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in automotive, diesel, aircraft, or forklift repair.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Crown equipment.
• Technical certifications in relevant fields (e.g., ASE, CHET).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
