Job Duties
As a customer-focused technician, you will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing and repairing various types of vehicles, including autos, diesels, aircraft, and forklifts.
- Providing technical support to customers through troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Maintaining and servicing Crown equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Documenting all work performed and communicating with customers regarding repair progress and outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in automotive, diesel, aircraft, or forklift repair.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Crown equipment.
- Technical certifications in relevant fields (e.g., ASE, CHET).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
