About the role

Crown Equipment Corporation, one of the world's largest lift truck manufacturers, offers a paid internship for a Service Technician. This role provides local support with a global reach, leveraging Crown’s extensive network of manufacturing facilities and retail locations worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.
• Participate in training activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working toward a technical degree.
• Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided.
