Student CNA Class

To be considered for our State Certified Nurse Aide training program, please provide:

• Completed Application
• Valid Photo Identification
• Social Security Card

The program lasts 17 days with no absences or tardiness allowed. A grade average of 85 is required to continue. A $30 book and supply deposit is due on the first day and is returned upon graduation. One set of scrubs must be purchased for daily use during classes and clinicals.

A criminal background check and consultation with the Tennessee and/or National Abuse Registry for Children and Adults will be conducted. Individuals with felony convictions, certain misdemeanor charges, or a history on the abuse registry are not eligible to participate.

If accepted, you will receive a call from us by Friday before the start of the class at 10:00 AM. Selection is based on facility needs, shift availability, exam scores, flexibility, and overall attitude.

Upon successful completion, employment opportunities may become available.
