To be considered for the state certified nurse aide training program, please provide:

- Social Security Card
About the role
The program is a fast-paced 17-day class that includes all necessary books and supplies. Attendance is mandatory, and students must maintain a grade average of 85 to continue.
Responsibilities
Students will be required to purchase one set of scrubs to wear during the course and clinical sessions. Absences and tardiness are not permitted.
