Student Associate - Work Study
Job Summary
The University of Cincinnati seeks motivated college students in the BSN, Accelerated, and Graduate programs to assist in tutoring peers. This flexible position can be conducted in-person or virtually.

Responsibilities
- Tutor students in academic subjects
- Work with students to improve their academic performance
- Provide support and guidance to help students achieve their academic goals
Requirements
- Completed at least one academic semester in the UC College of Nursing
- Earned minimum “B+” grades in relevant courses
- Willing to tutor for at least 3 hours per week
- Good time-management and verbal/written communication skills
Qualifications
Applicants must be current students in the UC College of Nursing and meet the academic requirements outlined above.

Strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively tutor others are essential.

Schedule
Hours and schedule will be determined based on the availability of the student tutor and the needs of the students being tutored.

As a student employee at UC, you will not contribute to the federal Social Security system, other than contributions to Medicare. You will also have access to various resources and services offered by the university.
