Responsibilities
- Provide a great experience for our customers.
- Handle various sales transactions.
- Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Basic life insurance and short-term disability coverage.
- Participation in a company 401(k) plan with company match.
- Paid time off up to 152 hours per year.
- Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year.
- Operate during store hours of 6am - 10pm.
- Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
