About the role

Aids licensed respiratory care providers with basic patient care on general floors for adult patients only, as permitted by the State of Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Assists licensed respiratory care providers with patient care
• Works with adult patients only
• Lifts up to 30 pounds

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent GED
• Currently enrolled in a Respiratory Care Program
• Current CPR certification
• Student permit from the State where services will be provided

Qualifications

• Student permit expires on the earliest of the following dates:
• The date listed on the student permit
• The date the Respiratory Care Committee determines
