STUDENT ASSISTANT - SOUND RECORDING TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANT - MUSIC POOL

Position Information

The purpose of this position is to provide support for the Sound Recording Technology lab.

This is a CONTINUOUS recruitment for an applicant POOL to fill Student Assistant assignments on an as-needed basis. Departments or Divisions will refer to the POOL of applications on file to fill temporary assignments as the need arises. You will be contacted by the hiring manager should the department/division be interested in scheduling an interview. An application is valid for one year, at which time applicants wishing to remain in the POOL must reapply and update their information.

Position Summary Information

• Current Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed.
• Completion and proficiency in MUSC 1327 Audio Engineering I.
• Sound Recording Technology major.
• Excellent attendance and demonstration of professionalism in class.

Job Duties

Student Assistant will serve as Sound Recording Technology (SRT) lab assistant.

Responsible for audio recording all Music Department recitals.
