Position Summary Information
The purpose of this position is to provide clerical assistance to the Arts & Sciences Departmental Office.
Minimum Qualifications: Current Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Dependable. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Willingness to be a team player. Ability to complete clerical duties with accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Duties
- Greet customers and visitors.
Answer phones and take messages.
Refer visitors and callers to appropriate department and/or person. - Provide basic information to faculty, staff, students and the general public.
- Maintain records of appointments and daily log. Data entry.
- Receive and distribute mail.
Maintain files of documents.
Scanning, photocopying and preparing of materials as directed. - Maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Aid Program Coordinator with MAS Program Events.
