About the role

Anatomy Laboratory Teaching Assistants assist in providing the highest quality anatomy instruction under the supervision of the principal faculty.

Responsibilities

• Prepare laboratory exercises in conjunction with the course syllabus and lectures
• Organize the laboratory and maintain equipment functionality
• Set up laboratory specimens and equipment for scheduled laboratory sessions
• Create videos of anatomical models, Anatomage, or specimens
• Proctor laboratory practical quizzes
• Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with curricular objectives and learning outcomes

Requirements

• Students in good academic standing enrolled in the JSSOM MD program
• Successfully completed GAR within the last two years

Regular attendance is vital, and all TAs are expected to follow supervisor instructions and fulfill any other job-related tasks as needed.
