About the role
Provides basic nursing care needs for assigned patients under the direction/supervision of a nurse.
Requirements
- If a CNA license was held prior to starting the nursing program, the employee may be considered for a student assistant program.
- Active Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License.
- Currently enrolled in RN or LPN nursing program and have successfully completed first semester of nursing courses.
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 60 days.
- Perioperative NTC competency day annually by transcript due date.
