About the Role
The New York State Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs, established in 2013 by the Protection with Special Needs Act, is charged with protecting over one million New Yorkers under the care or jurisdiction across six State Oversight Agencies.
Responsibilities
- Assist Investigative staff with all aspects of conducting an investigation, including computer applications and administrative functions.
- Request documents from providers and upload documents received.
- Write reports.
- Accompany investigators on interviews.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate student.
Schedule
18.75 hours per week.
