Position Summary

Jefferson RISE Charter School is seeking outgoing and motivated Student and Family Enrollment Ambassadors to support student recruitment and enrollment efforts throughout the summer.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Jefferson RISE to prospective students and families.
• Attend community events, enrollment events, and outreach activities.
• Distribute promotional materials and share information about the school.
• Generate enrollment leads and encourage families to apply.
• Help families complete enrollment applications.
• Track outreach efforts and prospective student contacts.
• Support the school's enrollment goals and initiatives.

Family Engagement

• Build positive relationships with prospective students and families.
• Answer basic questions about Jefferson RISE and the enrollment process.
• Follow up with families through phone calls, text messages, and email.
• Assist with school tours, open houses, and registration events.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, marketing, community outreach, education, family engagement, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with new people.
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated.
• Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms).
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Compensation

• Jefferson RISE offers competitive hourly compensation based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to support enrollment goals.
• Hourly Rate: Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed for recruitment and enrollment activities.
• Seasonal and part-time position with hours varying based on enrollment needs and recruitment calendar.

Performance Incentives

• Student and Family Enrollment Ambassadors are eligible for performance-based incentive compensation tied directly to enrollment outcomes.
• Increased pay opportunities may be available for achievement of individual enrollment goals and achievement of school-wide enrollment targets.
