Student Analyst Graduate Level RBT

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Analyst to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Kids Club ABA - VA in Arlington, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress
• Absorb and develop individualized treatment and behavior plans
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies
• Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA

Requirements

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices
