What We Need You For

Respond to our customers' emergency calls both domestically and internationally.
Coordinate data processing for technical interventions.
Make phone calls to our domestic and international correspondents.
Follow up promptly on ongoing cases.
Create satisfied customers through your proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Act as a true ambassador for the brand and maintain a positive image.

What You Bring

• Empathetic, always able to comfort people and offer an attentive ear.
  
• Skilled at turning difficult situations into constructive solutions.
  
• Stress-resistant and prioritize customer friendliness.
  
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English. Additional languages are a plus.
  
• Communicates clearly and structurally.
  
• Can work effectively with various MS Office tools and has sufficient PC knowledge to quickly learn new programs.
