AdvisorNet Communications™ is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in delivering full-service online marketing solutions tailored for financial advisors.

About the role

We build and maintain automated marketing systems that help financial advisors turn clients into raving fans. As part of our team, you will work directly with advisors to implement and manage websites, e-newsletters, email encryption, domain management, and other client-service tools.

Responsibilities

• Consult with financial advisors during discovery and solutions meetings to identify their marketing technology challenges and goals.
• Demonstrate and implement AdvisorNet systems to automate online marketing strategies, freeing up advisors for client-facing activities.
• Build, update, and maintain advisor websites, e-newsletters, and other digital marketing tools on a monthly basis.
• Provide training to advisors and their administrative staff on using the systems effectively.
• Handle compliance review tasks as needed for advisor marketing materials.
• Manage domain registrations, business email accounts, and email encryption services.
• Support advisors with technical issues related to email hosting, Microsoft 365, online data backup, and password management tools.

Requirements

• Experience working with financial advisors or in the financial services industry is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with website management, email marketing, and digital client-service tools.
• Strong communication skills to consult with advisors and train their staff.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.
• Attention to detail, especially regarding compliance and data security.
• Proactive problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
