What We’re Looking For

• Stucco Experience - Strong background in stucco application and repair, including preparation, mixing, applying base and finish coats, and texture matching.
• Tools & Equipment - Your own truck, stucco tools, scaffolding, and safety gear.
• Licensing & Insurance - A valid contractor’s license, general liability insurance, and a bond are required.
• Professionalism & Quality - A commitment to delivering clean, professional finishes and ensuring 5-star customer satisfaction.
• Reliable Work Ethic - As a 1099 contractor, you’ll manage your own schedule, but have the support of an experienced and organized team behind you.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding the scope of work.
• Transport and handle materials to and from the job site safely and efficiently.
• Perform full stucco installations or repairs according to job specifications and customer expectations.
• Ensure quality control and cleanliness throughout and after each project.
• Complete project documentation, collect final payments, and submit required paperwork.
