Structures Technician - Skin Quality (M34BI4)

Apply your aerospace assembly expertise to build and repair world-class aircraft structures.

Profile

• Must have 5+ years of Skin quality - hand form, burnish, repair experience
• Perform process activities - protective coatings, metal polishing of aircraft details, isoscope, etc. to support the production requirements
• Perform hand finishing operations - blending of multiple adjacent MDD surfaces into engineering tolerances and/or perform transition work to bring details parts in accordance with engineering tolerances
• Perform drilling and disassembly to gain access to area of repair

Requirements

• Selected workers will work 2nd shift primarily. However, must be ready to work any shift/OT/weekends as needed
• Must be able to stand and work for entire 8 hr. shift
• Must be able to start within 2 weeks after offer acceptance
• Must clear the background checks
• Need to do Boeing re-hire checks before offer acceptance if your candidate was a former Boeing worker
