What You Bring to the Team

• Associate degree in engineering technology, civil engineering, drafting, or a related field
• 2+ years of CAD design or drafting experience preferred
• Proficiency in MicroStation or Civil 3D; experience with OpenRoads or InRoads is beneficial
• Previous experience supporting transportation, bridge, or structural engineering projects preferred
• Experience preparing plans for bridges, retaining walls, culverts, or similar transportation structures preferred
• Ability to interpret engineering markups and technical information and translate them into clear, accurate drawings
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to learn and grow as a drafter

• Hourly Range: $60,000 USD - $110,000 USD, with performance-based bonuses and annual salary reviews.

Compensation

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, you are eligible for performance-based bonuses and your salaries are reviewed annually.
