What You Bring to the Team

• Average of 2 years of CAD design or drafting experience
• Proficiency in MicroStation or Civil 3D
• Experience with OpenRoads or InRoads
• Previous experience supporting transportation, bridge, or structural engineering projects
• Experience preparing plans for bridges, retaining walls, culverts, or similar transportation structures
• Ability to interpret engineering markups and translate them into clear, accurate drawings
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow
