Structures Area Discipline Lead

About the role

As part of the infrastructure team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by managing a team that supports the successful delivery of small to mid-size projects, enhancing strong client relationships and growth of our portfolio, and driving operational excellence, including profitability, operational efficiency, resource management, and quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a leader in managing a team that supports the successful delivery of small to mid-size projects.
• Oversee and lead the delivery of multiple projects that are critical to expanding client relationships and growing our portfolio.
• Create an engaging and empowering work environment for the team.
• Lead client relationship development activities and partner with client managers and business development teams to drive top line sales growth.
• Lead the development and execution of win strategies for high-profile core business and critical pursuits.
• Ensure adherence to all client and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program and seven years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A master's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• An active PE license in FL and be in good standing.
• A passion for Structural Engineering and possess a strong knowledge of all aspects of bridge design.
• Capable of marketing services to existing and new clients, and adept at mentoring and encouraging a team to maximize their abilities.
• Possess strong leadership, analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly.

Qualifications

To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have:
