Structured Finance - Structured Credit & CLOs, Associate Director - Chicago
About the role
Fitch Ratings is seeking an Associate Director to join its Structured Credit & CLOs group in their Chicago office. The ideal candidate will analyze ratings on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) using proprietary models, prepare and present rating conclusions to a credit committee, draft rating action commentary reports, and contribute to recurring and special research publications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (finance, accounting, economics, etc.)
- At least four years of experience in the financial industry, with a preference for experience related to CLOs or Structured Finance
- Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
- High level of personal responsibility, initiative, and self-management
- Ability to communicate complex subjects accurately and succinctly
- Interest in capital markets and structured finance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of programming languages is a plus but not required

Pay
Expected base pay rates for the role are between $105,000 and $135,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individual basis and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related considerations.
