Qualifications
- B.S or B.A with major(s) in business, accounting, economics, finance, or engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience required
- Four (4) to Six (6) years of experience in banking, finance, consulting, or financial analysis preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling concepts
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred
- Transactional experience in 3rd party funded deals (P3, EaaS, ESPC)
- Strong knowledge public and private finance structures and mechanisms
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities required
- Accounting and balance sheet knowledge
- Able to work well with all levels of internal stakeholders, as well as external customers
- Experience in performance contracting preferred
What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry

Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $114,210 - $192,900 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
