Structured Finance Associate (Multi-City)

This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Seattle, WA – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transactions
• Draft legal documents including briefs, contracts, and correspondence
• Assist and manage complex cases/transactions from inception to resolution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to develop transaction strategies
• Participate in high-level legal activities such as trials and negotiations
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and stay updated on legal developments

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• At least 2 years of law firm experience, preferably in commercial real estate finance or CMBS
• Must be admitted to practice in the state of the office location
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent research and analytical abilities

Pay

$235,000 – $390,000 annually
