Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis for transactions
- Draft various legal documents including contracts and briefs
- Affiliate in managing complex cases from initiation to resolution
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Collaborate with teams to develop strategic legal solutions
- Participate in high-level legal activities such as hearings and negotiations
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in relevant state
- 2+ years in a law firm environment, preferably in commercial real estate finance or CMBS
- Experience at an AmLaw 100 firm preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
