What You'll Do
- Pull, terminate and dress Cat6/Cat6A copper cabling to TIA-568 standards
- Install J-hooks, ladder rack, cable tray and firestopping per plan
- Terminate patch panels, jacks, racks and vertical/horizontal wire management
- Test with Fluke DSX certifiers and generate close-out documentation
- Read blueprints, RFIs and submittals; coordinate with GC and other trades
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of commercial structured cabling experience
- Clean driving record, background check, drug screen
- BICSI Installer 1 or 2 a plus (paid training available)
Install Single-Mode and Multi-Mode Fiber
- Fusion splice SM/MM fiber
- Terminate LC/SC/MPO connectors
- OTDR trace, insertion loss and end-face inspection testing
- Install fiber trays, panels and cassettes; label and document all ports
- Support MDF/IDF buildouts and carrier demarc extensions
What You'll Do
- Manage schedule, budget, submittals, RFIs, change orders and closeouts
- Cook up crews, subcontractors, GC and end-user IT stakeholders
- Enforce safety, quality and BICSI standards on every jobsite
- Own client relationship from award through warranty period
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years managing commercial low-voltage or structured cabling projects
- Comfortable with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project and RFI workflows
- PMP, BICSI RCDD or equivalent a plus
Take Off Plans, Price Materials and Labor
- Perform on-screen takeoffs (Bluebeam / PlanSwift)
- Produce SOWs
- Source materials from CommScope, Panduit, Leviton, Corning, etc.
- Assemble bid packages, submittals and value-engineering options
- Support PMs during pre-construction and buyout
What You'll Do
- Direct 2–8 techs on daily install activities
- Layout, labeling standards and QC of terminations and testing
- Daily reports, safety toolbox talks, jobsite housekeeping
- Order material, coordinate deliveries, manage tool inventory
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years cabling experience with 1+ year leading a crew
- BICSI Installer 2 / Tech, OSHA 30
- Strong communication and client-facing presence
