Structural Welder

What You’ll Be Doing

• Weld structural steel subframes, supports, brackets, and assemblies using MIG and Flux Core processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Prepare materials through grinding, cleaning, positioning, and basic fit-up.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production schedules while meeting quality expectations.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of welding or fabrication experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MIG and Flux Core welding.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and weld symbols.
• Basic measuring and fabrication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Able to pass a Company-administered Plate Weld Test.
• Experience in structural steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing environments is a plus.
