Structural Superintendent
The health and well-being of our colleagues and their families is our top priority. The benefits we offer vary from country to country, based on local practices, customs, and statutory conditions, but may include competitive compensation, medical benefits, retirement plans, life insurance, and paid time off. As a Bechtel colleague, you also have access to a number of professional development opportunities, including virtual courses through Bechtel University.
Diversity & Inclusion
We work to ensure that every colleague feels that they belong as part of “One Team,” and are respected and rewarded for what they bring, supported in pursuing their goals, invested in our values and purpose, and given the opportunity to thrive.
Business Resource Groups
- Bechtel’s employee-led Business Resource Groups (BRGs) bring together various communities of individuals with shared backgrounds, experience, and interests.
- These voluntary organizations enable colleagues to support each other and create opportunities to connect, collaborate, and celebrate with one another.
- We have thriving BRGs today representing our Black, Asian, Latino, LGBTQ+, disabled, and military veterans communities, as well as a group for colleagues focused on professional development.
A sense of mutual respect and mindfulness permeates our culture-in-fact, it’s the key to our success.
