Structural Steel Welder

Role: Welder Responsibilities Include Fabricating complex steel bridge and structural components with precision and safety.Interpreting blueprints and weld symbols to ensure accurate work.Setting up and operating welding equipment, primarily MIG/FCAW.Performing material fit-up and executing high-quality welds on heavy structural steel.Handling large pieces using cranes and forklifts.Inspecting welds thoroughly to meet all code and company standards.Collaborating with a skilled team while adhering to safety and quality procedures.Opportunities for technical and fabrication skill development. Qualifications & Skills Experience in welding, particularly MIG/FCAW processes.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.Knowledge of safety standards and quality inspection procedures.Proficiency in handling heavy materials with cranes and forklifts.Strong teamwork and communication skills.
