This company is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm bringing together civil engineers, structural engineers, land surveyors, landscape architects, ecologists, and construction professionals under one roof. What started as a small team decades ago has grown into a firm of more than 200 employees, serving public and private sector clients on projects across the country from offices in the Midwest and beyond. Our Wisconsin structural group is one of the most established teams in the industry, with deep experience in cold-formed (light-gauge) steel design as well as concrete, masonry, wood, and structural steel systems.
Responsibilities
- Coach engineers at the junior and mid-career level via hands-on training, design critiques, and guidance on professional growth
- Offer technical direction and oversight to a structural engineering group working across a range of building and infrastructure work
- Handle quality control reviews and construction administration responsibilities
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience, including project management responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and client communication from proposal through construction close-out
- Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., Revit, RISA, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar)
- Experience with a range of structural materials and systems (steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and/or cold-formed steel)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master's degree a plus
- PE license in Wisconsin required; SE is a plus

Pay
$125,000 - $145,000 per year
