Structural Ironworkers - Hackberry, LA

Position Responsibilities

• Putting metal parts together to create a finished sheet or structural metal project.
• Using tools such as jacks, pry bars, hammers, saws, welding equipment or torches, and files or grinders to fit the parts exactly.

Minimum Qualifications

• Constant lifting, carrying, standing, walking, stooping/crouching, reaching, grasping, and twisting.
• Frequent climbing, and kneeling.
• All aspects of vision are required – acuity, depth perception, and field of vision.
• Ability to talk and hear is very important for communication with supervisor and co-workers on safety and operational matters.

Preferred Experience

• Preference given to candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of structural ironworker experience at meets or exceeds performance expectations.
