KPFF is seeking a Structural Engineering Team Leader to help grow our presence in Madison, WI. You’ll help establish KPFF as a trusted engineering partner in the Madison market by working with your current connections and establishing new client relationships, mentoring future team members, and helping shape projects that strengthen the local community. At the same time, you’ll collaborate with talented engineers nationwide on technically challenging and high-profile projects.

This role combines the entrepreneurial energy of building something from the ground up with the stability, mentorship, and collaboration of an established, employee-owned firm. Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred) OR Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering
  • Has a personal brand in the A/E/C community and wants to leverage this to create something special, scalable, and perpetual.
  • 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience
  • Demonstrated laudable management experience leading teams larger than 5 people
  • Design experience across a wide range of materials, project phases, and sectors
  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring and growth
