Structural Engineering Team Leader — Big Firm Opportunity, Local Influence
The Opportunity
Have you ever wanted the opportunity to help build something meaningful from the ground up but doing it all on your own seems daunting? KPFF is seeking a Structural Engineering Team Leader to help grow our presence in Madison, WI. With an initial foundation already in place, this role offers the rare opportunity to shape the future of a growing office, build strong community relationships, and help create a thriving local team, all with the support, resources, and technical depth of a firm with national reach.
You’ll help establish KPFF as a trusted engineering partner in the Madison market by working with your current connections and establishing new client relationships, mentoring future team members, and helping shape projects that strengthen the local community. At the same time, you’ll collaborate with talented engineers nationwide on technically challenging and high-profile projects. This role combines the entrepreneurial energy of building something from the ground up with the stability, mentorship, and collaboration of an established, employee-owned firm.
