We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the description includes "About SK&A" and "Primary Responsibilities" and "Requirements Qualifications" and "Other Compensation And Benefits" and "Salary Description". We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for About SK&A (maybe "About the role"? Actually "About SK&A" is about company, not role. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should map content accordingly. We have: - About SK&A: description of firm. Could be placed under "About the role"? But that heading is for role description. However we have no explicit "About the role" section; we have summary and description. Could treat "About SK&A" as "About the role"? Might be okay. But we need to avoid filler. We have substantive content about SK&A. So we can create

About the role

and put that content. - Responsibilities: we have "Primary Responsibilities" with a list. Use

Responsibilities

and
  • ... each bullet. - Requirements: we have "Requirements Qualifications:" with bullet list of qualifications. Could split into Requirements and Qualifications sections? The instruction says we can have both headings if content exists. We have qualifications list; we could put under

    Requirements

    and maybe also

    Qualifications

if we split. But we have only one list; better to put under Requirements (or Qualifications). Since we have both headings possible, but we should avoid thin sections. So choose one: Requirements. - Skills: not explicitly listed; we have "good writing and verbal communication skills" etc. Could be part of Requirements. Might not need separate Skills. - Benefits: we have "Other Compensation And Benefits" with list of benefits. Use

    Benefits

    . - Pay: we have salary description "$34.00 - $40.00/hour". Use

    Pay

with that info. - Schedule: we have expectation of field work 50%+, night and weekend work required. That's schedule info. Use

    Schedule

. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove "SK&A is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer..." etc. Also remove "Other Compensation And Benefits" heading? We'll use Benefits. We need to preserve all substantive information. Ensure we include all details from responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay, schedule, about SK&A. Let's extract details. About SK&A paragraph: "SK&A offers structural engineering services, with offices in Potomac, Maryland and Washington, DC. SK&A provides a full spectrum of services for public and private sector clients with a strong focus on sustainability, including analysis and design of new buildings, renovation and repair of existing structures, and specialized services such as dynamic analysis for wind and seismic design as well as security and force protection issues. Our firm’s extensive award-winning portfolio is comprised of projects within urban environments ranging from multi-story commercial, office and mixed-use buildings to residential, academic, retail, healthcare, and government facilities. Over SK&A’s 60+-year history, our organization has met the demands of large and complex projects. We distinguish ourselves by our reputation for long-term client relationships, built on an understanding of and total commitment to achieving our clients’ goals." We can put that under About the role. Primary Responsibilities list: many items. We'll convert each sentence starting with "Perform ..." or "Assist with ..." etc into
  • . Let's list them: - Perform condition assessments of existing structures including visual survey, field measurements, repair quantity take-offs, etc. with evaluations including but not limited to garages, plazas, facades, and roofs. - Perform field tests during surveys and construction including chain drag and mason’s hammer sounding of reinforced concrete for repair layout, water testing, and other non-destructive evaluation (NDE) tests. - Assist with composing condition survey reports including summary of observations, photographic documentation, and repair budget estimate spreadsheet development. - Assist with development of corresponding survey drawings indicating repair locations and observation notes. - Assist with writing project specifications and developing bid/permit drawings outlining a repair project scope, repair details, etc. - Perform inspections and observations for reinforced concrete structure repairs including contractor repair layout verification, shoring installation review, post-demolition surface preparation and repair detailing review, reinforcing steel cleaning and supplemental steel placement review, and as-built repair quantity measurement. - During concrete pours, review batch tickets for conformance with approved concrete mix design, test fresh concrete for temperature, slump, and air content, and take cylinder or mortar samples for compressive strength testing. - Inspect placement procedures, inspect curing procedures after concrete placement, and coordinate transportation of cylinders and cubes for testing. - Perform inspection and observations of other structural restoration construction work including structural steel, brick masonry, waterproofing, coatings, sealants, flashings, roofing, etc. to confirm compliance with contract documents including specifications, drawings, and approved submittals. - Author field reports with descriptions of observations, list of as-built quantities verified, summary of action items, and photographs for each field visit performed. - For concrete pours, provide cylinder test data sheets documenting information related to samples taken. - Assist with structure review, analysis and design services related to existing structure modifications including but not limited to core penetrations, added loading, stair openings or infills, change of property use, or additions. - Perform field verification of existing structure conditions for the purposes of the analysis work. - Perform finite element modeling and analysis of existing structure using original building structural drawings, data from field review, and available engineering software. Structure types include reinforced concrete (including post-tensioned or pre-stressed), steel, wood, and others. - Design work for modifications to existing structures may include structural strengthening including design of fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) systems and use of other strengthening technology. - Assist with other Repair and Restoration services such as due diligence surveys, new construction waterproofing consulting, and building envelope consulting and commissioning services. - Expect significant percentage of work (50%+) to be field work at local project sites primarily within the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan area with isolated out-of-town travel. - Night and weekend work will be required from time to time. Note: The last two are more schedule but we will also include in Schedule section. However they appear in responsibilities list; we could keep them there but also schedule. To avoid duplication, maybe keep them only in Schedule. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can keep them in responsibilities but also mention in schedule? Might duplicate. Better to keep them only under Schedule, and remove from responsibilities list. However the responsibilities list originally includes those lines; we need to preserve all substantive information. If we remove them from responsibilities, we lose them unless we put them elsewhere. We'll put them under Schedule, and not duplicate. Thus responsibilities list will exclude the last two bullet items. Now Requirements Qualifications list: - Bachelor of Science with concentration in Structural and/or Civil Engineering with a Master of Science being a plus. - 0 to 5 years of past work experience in the structural engineering and/or building restoration field. - Have current Concrete Level I Technician certification through WACEL or equivalent organization or be able to obtain this certification within 3 months of starting the position with training and support provided by the company. - Must already have or be able to obtain Reinforced Concrete Technician and Structural Concrete Technician certifications through WACEL or equivalent organization within one year of starting the position with training and support provided by the company. - Must be physically able to perform field inspections in a variety of property types, construction sites, and sometimes in challenging conditions/locations. - This position will sometimes require the ability to lift ladders, carry hoses and other heavy equipment. - With proper oversight and equipment provided, engineers will climb and move around on roofs, ride swing stages or lifts for façade and building envelope work, access attics and crawlspaces, and access the personal residences or offices of a wide variety of individual building occupants. - Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. - Must have good writing and verbal communication skills for reports and communication with contractors, clients, colleagues, etc. We'll put under

    Requirements

. Benefits list from "Other Compensation And Benefits": - This position is eligible for overtime pay equal to your hourly rate aka straight time and discretionary semi-annual bonuses. - SK&A offers comprehensive health care benefits for employees and their family members, - nine paid holidays, - three weeks of Paid Time Off, accrued over the course of the year, - 401(k) / Profit Share, - life insurance, - group disability insurance, - six weeks of paid Parental Leave, - travel discounts, - health savings accounts for employees enrolled in our medical insurance, - tuition assistance, - pre-tax commuter benefits, - and other life and work wellness benefits. We'll put under

    Benefits

    . Pay: Salary Description "$34.00 - $40.00/hour". We'll put under

    Pay

. Schedule: we have "Expect significant percentage of work (50%+) to be field work at local project sites primarily within the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan area with isolated out-of-town travel." and "Night and weekend work will be required from time to time." We'll put under

    Schedule

. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll structure:

    About the role

    ... SK&A description ...

    • ... each bullet ...
    • ...

    Requirements

    • ... each bullet ...

    Pay

    $34.00 - $40.00/hour

    Schedule

    • Expect significant percentage of work (50%+) to be field work at local project sites primarily within the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan area with isolated out-of-town travel.
    • Night and weekend work will be required from time to time.
Check that we didn't miss any substantive info: The summary at top: "FLSA: Exempt Summary SK&A Structural Engineers is seeking a personable, team-focused, highly motivated, and results-oriented individual to join our highly regarded Structural Repair and Restoration team. The ideal candidate should be interested in providing consulting to clients about best practices to repair and restore existing structures. As part of the SK&A family, Structural Engineers work closely with project managers, Principals, and other key team members – owner/owner’s rep & contractors - to deliver sound, innovative, and cost-effect design solutions." This is basically role summary. Should we include that? It's substantive. Could be placed under About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the role". We already have About the role with SK&A description. We could incorporate the summary into About the role paragraph. Let's combine: first paragraph about the role summary then SK&A description. So About the role

will contain both. Thus About the role paragraph: "FLSA: Exempt Summary SK&A Structural Engineers is seeking a personable, team-focused, highly motivated, and results-oriented individual to join our highly regarded Structural Repair and Restoration team. The ideal candidate should be interested in providing consulting to clients about best practices to repair and restore existing structures. As part of the SK&A family, Structural Engineers work closely with project managers, Principals, and other key team members – owner/owner’s rep & contractors - to deliver sound
