Structural Engineer | Project Manager

Scope of Work

Design and detail efficient structures that are code compliant, accurate and of high quality.

Act as the Project Manager or Project Engineer on multiple projects that vary in size and complexity.

Develop strong client relationships and engage in business development practices to leverage those partnerships for ongoing project work.

Manage project cost through effective planning and prioritization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, structural) from an accredited university. A master’s degree focused in civil or structural engineering is preferred.
  • 5+ years of structural engineering experience, demonstrating growth in project management experience and diverse projects.
  • BIM (Revit) experience.
  • Proven ability to manage successful project teams.
  • Strong client relationship experience and the ability to manage complex projects.
  • PE or SE license.

Pay

$85,000 - $130,000 annually (based on experience, licensure + qualifications).

Schedule

Hybrid schedule - in-person for greater collaboration + connection, and remotely for heads-down work + work/life balance.
