Our Investigative Engineering Group provides comprehensive technical services to building owners, property managers, insurance companies, and attorneys. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team working on challenging investigative and forensic projects throughout the southwestern United States.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth structural design and analysis for complex projects throughout the United States, including in high seismic zones.
- Manage complex projects.
- Implement high-performance, fast-track design-build delivery processes.
- Manage other engineers and technicians.
- Travel as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural or Architectural Engineering.
- 4+ years of progressive structural design experience.
- Extensive experience with structural design and modeling software, preferably including RAM Structural Design, ETABS, ENERCALC, and REVIT.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
- Registration as a Structural Engineer (SE) is a major plus.
Skills
- Experience designing structural steel buildings.
- Experience designing concrete buildings.
- Experience designing buildings in high seismic zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with steel fabricators or any construction experience is a plus.
Location
Our headquarters is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, a city rich in history and culture with unique scenery. We also have an office in Phoenix, Arizona. We are interested in speaking with professionals who want to relocate.
