This position offers a dynamic career opportunity within a leading engineering firm, focusing on structural engineering projects in California. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage projects in healthcare, higher education, and seismic upgrades.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct complex structural engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineers to ensure project success.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Lead a team of technical staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in structural engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in managing projects in healthcare, higher education, or seismic upgrades in California.
  • A Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Valid California Structural Engineering license.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule
