We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description at start: "At Jacobs, we're challenging today..." That's about the role/company. Could be "About the role" or "About Jacobs". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements/Qualifications: we have "Here's what you'll need" list. Skills: maybe combine with requirements? Could separate Skills section for technical skills. Benefits: we have benefits paragraph. Pay: we have base salary range. Schedule: we have hybrid home/office work schedule. Also location info maybe part of About the role or separate? Not required heading. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So include all details: intro paragraph about Jacobs and impact, responsibilities list, qualifications list, skills list (maybe overlapping), benefits, pay, schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content. Intro: "At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world's most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting-edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good. Your impact As a Structural Engineer in our Northwest based Ports and Maritime Group, you’ll have the chance to work with our global multi-disciplinary team of engineers on waterfront and transportation projects worldwide. You’ll be involved as part of the close-knit team, leading and mentoring staff engineers, performing design, analysis, and delivery of projects ranging from local marinas to large scale international port developments. We’ll provide you with tasks associated with performing coordination and design of both rehabilitation and retrofit projects, as well as new marine structures and facilities. We are looking for a candidate that is a self-starter and proficient in structural engineering, with the ability to self-manage their efforts through the full life cycle of a project, from concept to a finished PS&E set, and have a level of familiarity with both Bid Support and Construction Administration. We will provide an environment with Subject Matter Experts to provide QA/QC on your tasks, and will look to you to lead efforts with a small team of staff engineers, or draw from our deep bench of global talent to staff your tasks and lead efforts on cutting edge waterfront developments.. You will work on piers, wharves, transfer bridges, gangways, bulkheads, breakwaters, floating docks and marinas made from steel, aluminum, concrete, earth and timber. You will lead efforts to complete calculations in accordance with ASCE, AASHTO, ACI, AISC, IBC, NDS and PIANC using a range of finite element modelling programs. You will be given the opportunity to interface with clients and subconsultants, give presentations and work on technical proposals as necessary. We will expect you to aid in performing material takeoffs (MTOs) and Engineer’s Cost Estimates, and construction schedules for both public and private clients. This field and position will challenge you and continue to provide new and interesting engineering problems to solve. Our regional team’s portfolio currently contains projects in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, and remote locations in the South Pacific. The Jacobs Ports and Maritime practice has over 700 professionals world-wide, and this position provides exposure and visibility with excellent avenues for growth. Hybrid home/office work schedule. Location may be in Washington, Oregon, Hawaii or Alaska." That's a lot; we can split into About the role (first paragraph maybe) and maybe include location/hybrid schedule later. Responsibilities: after "Key Responsibilities" list: - Lead the design and analysis of marine structures, such as piers, wharves, docks, and seawalls. - Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, specifications and technical reports. - Develop innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges. - Prepare comprehensive PS&E packages for both public and private clients. - Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate the condition of existing marine structures. - Lead the preparation of project proposals, material take offs, and engineer’s cost estimates. Also earlier responsibilities: leading and mentoring staff engineers, performing design, analysis, delivery, coordination and design of rehabilitation and retrofit projects, new marine structures, etc. But those are covered in intro; we could include them in responsibilities as well. However we should not duplicate. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all responsibilities mentioned. The "Key Responsibilities" list is a subset; earlier paragraphs also contain responsibilities. We should combine them into a single responsibilities list, ensuring we don't miss any. Let's extract all responsibility statements from the text: From intro paragraph: - work with global multi-disciplinary team on waterfront and transportation projects worldwide. - involved as part of close-knit team, leading and mentoring staff engineers. - performing design, analysis, and delivery of projects ranging from local marinas to large scale international port developments. - tasks associated with performing coordination and design of both rehabilitation and retrofit projects, as well as new marine structures and facilities. - self-starter and proficient in structural engineering, ability to self-manage efforts through full life cycle of a project, from concept to finished PS&E set. - familiarity with Bid Support and Construction Administration. - lead efforts with a small team of staff engineers, or draw from global talent to staff tasks and lead efforts on cutting edge waterfront developments. - work on piers, wharves, transfer bridges, gangways, bulkheads, breakwaters, floating docks and marinas made from steel, aluminum, concrete, earth and timber. - lead efforts to complete calculations in accordance with ASCE, AASHTO, ACI, AISC, IBC, NDS and PIANC using a range of finite element modelling programs. - interface with clients and subconsultants, give presentations and work on technical proposals as necessary. - aid in performing material takeoffs (MTOs) and Engineer’s Cost Estimates, and construction schedules for both public and private clients. - This field and position will challenge you and continue to provide new and interesting engineering problems to solve. (maybe not a responsibility but descriptive) - regional team’s portfolio contains projects in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, remote locations in South Pacific. (maybe location) - Jacobs Ports and Maritime practice has over 700 professionals world-wide, exposure and visibility with excellent avenues for growth. (more about company) - Hybrid home/office work schedule. (schedule) - Location may be in Washington, Oregon, Hawaii or Alaska. (location) Then "Key Responsibilities" list: - Lead the design and analysis of marine structures, such as piers, wharves, docks, and seawalls. We need to combine without duplication. Many overlap: lead design and analysis, prepare calculations, etc. We'll create a responsibilities
with items that capture all unique responsibilities. Let's list unique responsibilities: 1. Work with global multi-disciplinary team on waterfront and transportation projects worldwide. 2. Skills: Could separate technical skills: knowledge of codes, FEA software, seismic design, AutoCAD, etc. But we already have many in requirements. Might combine into Requirements section and maybe Skills not needed. However instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one. Skills maybe not needed. Benefits: paragraph: "Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Your health. Your well-being. Your security. Your future.
