Structural Engineer P2 - Parking and Restoration

About the role

We are looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us continue to grow. We have an opportunity for an Entry Level Structural Engineer who is looking to work in a collaborative team environment in our Structural group in Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural systems for parking structures.
• Apply applicable building codes, design standards, and industry best practices.
• Prepare structural calculations, technical reports, and construction documents under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Auxiliary with shop drawing review, submittal review, and RFI responses during construction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in project meetings.
• Auxiliary with BIM modeling and drafting in Revit, including drawing production and model coordination with other disciplines.
• Contribute to field investigations, site visits, and existing condition assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a structural emphasis required.
• Master’s degree and EIT certification or progress toward PE licensure preferred.
• Working knowledge of Revit and having experience in various structural engineering software programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, flexible hours/hybrid schedule.
