Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide updates to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
- Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with sustainability and green building practices
- Knowledge of international construction standards and regulations
