Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
• Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide updates to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Experience with sustainability and green building practices
• Knowledge of international construction standards and regulations
