We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real specific content. The posting includes description: "Advance your structural engineering career..." That's about the role. Then "What you'll do:" list of duties. Then "What you bring:" list of qualifications/requirements. Then "Why Thomas & Hutton?" includes benefits bullet list. Then schedule line. Also there is mention of "Competitive salary plus performance bonus" (Pay). So we have Pay info: Competitive salary plus performance bonus. That's specific enough? It says competitive salary plus performance bonus. Not a number but still specific content. According to rules: include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive salary plus performance bonus". So we can include Pay section with that content. Benefits: bullet list includes Competitive salary plus performance bonus (but that's pay), Condensed work schedule for better work-life balance, Top-tier health, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, 401(k), generous PTO, holidays, and tuition assistance, Thomas & Hutton University and professional development opportunities. So we can put Benefits section with those bullet items. Schedule: "On-site: Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m." So schedule section. We should not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, sponsorship, drug-free workplace, equal opportunity, AI tools, etc. Also remove "How to apply:" and application instructions. Also remove repeated "Why Thomas & Hutton?" duplicate heading? The posting has "Why Thomas & Hutton? Why Thomas & Hutton?" duplicate; we just treat as one. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the introductory paragraph about advancing career etc. That's "About the role". Could be under

About the role

with paragraph. Responsibilities: list under

Responsibilities

with
  • each duty. Requirements/Qualifications: The "What you bring:" includes degree, PE license, experience, software proficiency, etc. Could be under

    Qualifications

    or

    Requirements

. We need to decide which heading to use. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose appropriate. The "What you bring:" includes both qualifications and skills. Could split: Qualifications (degree, PE license, years experience) and Skills (software proficiency, communication, etc.). But we can also combine into Qualifications. However we should not create thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. Could combine into one

    Qualifications

containing both degree/license/experience and skills. But we also have a separate Skills heading possible. Let's see: The posting includes "Proficiency with structural analysis and finite element modeling software, primarily RISA and SAP2000", "Strong knowledge of structural design principles and experience with concrete, wood, structural steel, and masonry", "Experience with AutoCAD and Revit", "Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Mathcad, Excel, and ENERCALC", "Strong written and verbal communication skills...", "Proven ability to manage multiple assignments...", "Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail", "Ability to perform field work...", "Ability to work independently and collaboratively...", "Excellent time-management skills...", "Willingness to periodically travel". Those are skills/abilities. Could be under Skills. Meanwhile "Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural focus", "Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) certification strongly preferred", "8+ years of structural design experience" are qualifications. So we could have two sections: Qualifications and Skills. That's okay. But we need to avoid too many thin sections; but we have about 8 possible sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's fine. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Now we need to strip out boilerplate: At the end there is "Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this position. Thomas & Hutton is a Drug-Free Workplace and an E-Verify participant. We are an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Remove all that. Also remove "Learn more at www.thomasandhutton.com". Also remove "At Thomas & Hutton, our mission..." paragraph after "How to apply:"? Actually after "How to apply:" there is a paragraph about mission etc. That's boilerplate-ish but still substantive about company mission. Might be considered fluff but it's not boilerplate like EEO. It describes mission and benefits. However it repeats some benefits already listed. Might be considered redundant. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The mission paragraph is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered fluff. However it's not duplicated lines; it's unique content about mission, career development programs, etc. Might be considered substantive. But we already have Benefits and maybe we could incorporate some of that into Benefits or About the role. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that mission paragraph if it's substantive. But we need to decide where to put it. Could be under About the role (expanding). However About the role currently is the first paragraph: "Advance your structural engineering career where your work strengthens communities across the Southeast. At Thomas & Hutton, you’ll design and support construction of diverse structures for public and private clients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and grow within a company consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work. If you’re ready to apply your technical expertise to complex structural challenges while mentoring others and delivering exceptional client service, this role is for you." That's already there. The mission paragraph after "How to apply:" includes: "At Thomas & Hutton, our mission of “Building Relationships and Solutions for Success” shapes how we serve our clients, strengthen our communities, and invest in our team. As a private employee-owned firm consistently recognized as a Top Workplace and recipient of PSMJ's Build a Better World Award, we're known not only for exceptional projects but for how we treat people and our communities. When you join Thomas & Hutton, you'll discover a career with real purpose. We equip you with cutting-edge tools, technology, and software to work efficiently and excel. Our career development programs, including PaTHways and T&H University, combine with approachable leadership and a collaborative environment to support your professional growth at every stage. Pair that with competitive benefits, genuine work-life balance, and meaningful opportunities to give back through T&H Helping Hands, and it's clear why so many professionals choose to grow their careers here." This is substantive and not duplicated elsewhere (some overlap with benefits). We could incorporate into About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the company". But we only have allowed headings list; we could put it under About the role (makes sense). However About the role currently is a short paragraph; we could extend it with that mission paragraph. That would preserve all info. But we must not repeat the job title as heading. That's fine. Now we need to remove "How to apply: Ready to bring your Civil 3D expertise to projects that shape communities and infrastructure? Apply today at www.thomasandhutton.com/careers." That's application instructions; remove. Also remove "Learn more at www.thomasandhutton.com" after mission paragraph. Also remove the duplicated "Why Thomas & Hutton? Why Thomas & Hutton?" line; we will treat as heading? Actually we will not use that as heading; we will use Benefits heading. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft:
