Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop structural design loads and perform calculations for key building components
• Translate that work into accurate, code-compliant construction documents
• Work on commercial and hospitality projects from concept through construction
• Support hospitality work with brand-specific requirements and review shop drawings for conformance
• Collaborate with architects, internal design teams, project managers, clients, and MEP specialists

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil (with a structural emphasis)
• 0-5 years of post-graduate structural engineering experience, including experience designing commercial building structures
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and structural analysis
• Hands-on experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, and RISA
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, internal design teams, project managers, clients, and MEP specialists
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Qualifications

• PE or SE licensure, or a willingness to work toward licensure, is a plus
