We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Include only sections with real content. We need to parse the posting. First, "Role Definition An Structural Engineer must be detail oriented..." This is description. Could be "About the role". We'll put that as

About the role

then

with the prose. Then there is a block of values: PROTECT PEOPLE ... BUILD RELATIONSHIPS ... FOCUS ON END GOALS ... DRIVE INNOVATION ... This looks like company values, not necessarily a section. Could be part of "About the role" or maybe "Skills"? But they are not duties. Could be omitted? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that info somewhere. Perhaps we can include under a section like "Company Values" but we only allowed headings from list. Could we put them under "About the role" as part of prose? Yes, we can include them in the same

after the role definition. That preserves info. Then "TOP 5 ROLE RESPONSIBILITES:" followed by list of responsibilities with subpoints. That is responsibilities. So we will have

Responsibilities

then
  • each responsibility. The responsibilities have multiple bullet points each with multiple sentences; we can keep each top-level bullet as
  • containing the text. Then after responsibilities, there is "EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS" block. That could be Qualifications or Requirements. We have sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide where to place education and qualifications. Likely "Qualifications". Also there is "Experience using Revit..." etc. That's skills. Also "Travel up to 25%..." maybe under Requirements? We'll split. We have "PHYSICAL DEMANDS" block. That could be under Requirements or maybe Skills? It's physical demands, could be part of Requirements. We'll include under Requirements. We have "Visa sponsorship is not available..." that's metadata; could be minor metadata folded into short

or drop. We'll include as a short

maybe under Requirements? Or we could just drop? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short

for visa sponsorship and EEO etc. But we also need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The EEO statement is boilerplate; we should remove it. The visa sponsorship is not boilerplate? It's specific. We'll keep as short

. Benefits: The posting says "Benefits and additional Company Information are located in the career section of our website." No actual benefits listed. So we should NOT create a Benefits section because no specific benefits stated. Similarly Pay and Schedule not stated, so omit those sections. Skills: we have experience using Revit, 3D software, Risa, Microsoft Office. Also "Have completed courses on structural analysis and structural steel design. Courses on structural reinforced concrete design or foundation design are a plus." That's qualifications/skills. We'll put under Skills. Requirements: maybe include education (Masters preferred, BS etc), passed FE exam, willingness to work towards PE/SE, good communication, etc. Also physical demands, travel up to 25%, visa sponsorship not available. We'll put those under Requirements. Qualifications: maybe we can combine education and qualifications; but we have both sections. Could put education under Qualifications, and experience/skills under Skills, and other requirements under Requirements. Let's decide. We have "EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS a Masters of Engineering with a Structural Engineering emphasis is preferred. Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural engineering, architectural engineering, or civil engineering with a Structural Engineering emphasis. Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam. Be willing to work towards their Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) License. Possess good oral and written communication skills, and comfortable presenting design solutions to Owners. Have completed courses on structural analysis and structural steel design. Courses on structural reinforced concrete design or foundation design are a plus. Experience using Revit, 3D software (Navisworks/Recap), Risa structural engineering design software, and Microsoft Office software is beneficial. Travel up to 25% or as needed, by air and ground." This block includes education, qualifications, experience, travel. So we could split: Education and Qualifications -> Qualifications section. Experience using Revit etc -> Skills section. Travel up to 25% -> Requirements (or maybe under Qualifications as well). Physical demands separate. Thus: - About the role: includes role definition and values (PROTECT PEOPLE etc). We'll put as

. - Responsibilities: as above. - Requirements: includes physical demands, travel up to 25%, visa sponsorship not available, maybe also "Must be able to ..." physical demands. Also maybe "Be willing to work towards PE/SE" but that's qualification. We'll keep travel and visa and physical demands under Requirements. - Qualifications: includes education (Masters preferred, BS etc), passed FE exam, willingness to work towards PE/SE, good communication, courses completed, etc. - Skills: includes experience using Revit, 3D software, Risa, Microsoft Office, plus maybe "Courses on structural reinforced concrete design or foundation design are a plus." but that's more qualification. We'll keep skills as software experience. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each heading has substantive content. Now produce HTML:

    About the role

Role Definition An Structural Engineer must be detail oriented, open to learning, and have a structural design background. They must be working towards their SE or PE license. They will perform calculations, assist with the production of structural drawings in Revit, write evaluations and reports, and participate in job site observations. A Structural Engineer will have the ability to accurately and efficiently design structural steel, concrete, and foundations for ag and industrial projects under the direction of a Sr. Structural Engineer using hand calculations and a variety of design software. This role profile is subject to change at any time. PROTECT PEOPLE Safety comes first in everything I do I protect our seat at the table by doing my best work I develop myself and others I put the needs of the Company and others above my own I represent myself and the Company professionally at all times BUILD RELATIONSHIPS I respect people I have a positive attitude I collaborate and build healthy external relationships I collaborate and build healthy internal relationships I engage in healthy conflict I act with honesty, integrity, and ethics I avoid dramatic and toxic behavior FOCUS ON END GOALS I focus my efforts on providing valueadded work to the customer; “work in the business” I start with the end in mind I honor our process I act with the greater good of the company and the team in mind I embrace the EOS process and take the appropriate amount of time to "work on the business" I respect Company resources DRIVE INNOVATION I offer 2 Second Lean improvements I act with a continuous improvement mindset; low tech or high tech I think differently to create value and solve problems

But note the values block had no spaces; we need to keep as is but maybe add spaces for readability? We must preserve ALL substantive information; we can keep the exact text but it's okay to add spaces? The instruction: do not invent or summarize away detail. Adding spaces is not changing detail, just formatting. Probably fine. Now Responsibilities: We need to capture each of the 5 responsibilities with their subpoints. Let's extract: 1. PROVIDES GUIDANCE FOR PRELIMINARY STRUCTURAL DESIGNS - Consider the safety of Keen Project Solutions construction personnel, the customer, operators, subcontractors, and the general public in project design per OSHA, MSHA, IBC, IFC, NFPA 101, or other applicable regulatory requirements for all scopes of work. - Research and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and municipal codes, permits, and standards relying upon proper expertise and resources internally and externally. - Work closely with internal and external project partners, engineers, and other professionals to develop project technical parameters and scope. - Integrate new technology or environmentally friendly practices into existing processes. - Consider safety, manufacturability, constructability, potential failures, customer usage, functionality, and efficiency during the design process. 2.
