Structural Drafter, Revit
Necessary Qualifications
- 2+ years of structural drafting experience using Revit (AutoCAD experience is a plus)
- Experience or academic background in a related field (Design/Drafting, CAD, BIM Technology, Civil Engineering, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of Revit for model creation and construction documentation
- Ability to coordinate Revit models with other disciplines
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to clear, consistent documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively

- Create 3D Revit models to produce plans, sections, details, and construction documentation
- Apply redline revisions accurately and efficiently
- Follow RAE’s established BIM standards, templates, and workflows—and contribute feedback to support ongoing improvement
- Participate actively in team discussions and coordination efforts with other disciplines
