Structural Drafter (Revit)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D structural models in Revit, including plans, sections, and detailed drawings
• Produce accurate and coordinated construction documentation packages
• Apply and manage redline markups efficiently and with precision
• Follow established BIM standards, templates, and workflows, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Cook up models effectively with architects, MEP teams, and other project stakeholders
• Actively participate in internal team discussions and project coordination meetings

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in structural drafting using Revit
• Educational or professional background in Drafting, CAD/BIM Technology, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Revit for structural modeling and documentation (AutoCAD experience is a plus)
• Prominent ability to coordinate models across disciplines
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing clear, consistent documentation
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
